Our marketing platform allowed that in a snap. today marketing is different than it was yesterday. Just adding to the MLS (Multiple listing service) does not always do the trick. The MLS does post on most of the popular real estate websites like Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia etc etc. That is a great thing!
Videos and pictures need to be in the listing, and I see a some that have no pictures or they have low quality Cell phone pictures. I have a camera that is made to take nice professional pictures, because people need to like the home before they acutually drive out an look at it. Good pictures allow potential clients to see the property via internet.
Videos are also another avenue that can really get potential clients looking at a property. It does not have to be a slick professional video (unless you are dealing with very high end homes) but can be a simple walk through video explaining the home in detail. I have personally sold homes just from videos and my YouTube Channel.
Facebook is another very inexpensive way to create interest in a home through targeted ads. If you know how to use this marketing platform it can make all the difference. Intagram is another great format to do the same thing. This platform is really getting popular and used a lot more from agents.
Websites and Blogs like this one get seen by millions of people. They may not all be buyers and sellers, but they are interested in looking. My websites get over 40,000 hits a month and more importantly potential buyers and sellers.
There is a lot more marketing that we do, it would take a book to write is all. The key is knowing that you have an agent that understands Today's marketing strategies. We actually set up property websites that potential clients can download all the properties information.
