Yikes we are growing at a rapid pace and agents are making more deals and serving their clients better. I personally have been with EXP Realty for 2 years and really have enjoyed the new technology and the assistance they provide with their new marketing systems. This year looks like I will double my Real Estate business.
EXP Realty really does have all the tools that get real estate done. I personally have all the software I need to get homes sold and purchases for my clients.

Wake up it's getting very well funded and has the leadership to create a giant company that the real estate agents own and are able to network in many different ways.There are some agents that live off their referrals through the EXP Realty Network.......It is very modern and professional.
Clients benefit form the community by having a agent they like being able to refer another agent if their clients are relocating.

Massive growth and getting new agents daily is the key to any companies success. They also have a great stock program, and other income streams that Realtors can tap into. The split is great and caps out at a certain volume. All this and it doesn't cost your clients anymore money than a traditional real estate brokerage. It is there to build a better marketing platform for an agents business.
