I deal with a lot of international buyers and ones across the country, that never ever see their homes I purchase for them live. In today's great new technology environment I can set up YouTube channels and videos that show them what they are buying. I also can take pictures of homes and I take before and after pictures if there is any rehab involved. Pictures work great for appraisals, insurance and just a good look at the home. Today I am shooting videos for updates that I send a client weekly, so they know how much work has been done. 

I store all those videos and pictures on the cloud to have if needed in the future.

Buying a home unseen also requires some inspections, quotes on repairs or updates. We do all that for our clients, even today I am meeting a contractor that I work with to assist in repairs and get me a person that can consult my client on furniture layout.

There are a lot of facets that need to be attended to when a client is buying a home from a far and is not living in the area. That is one of our specialties and we have been doing it for many years and 100's of homes. 

I had a mom call me once and she needed a home for her daughter. She lived in Florida and needed someone to find and coordinate buying a home and all the things that go with it. We got her daughter a nice home and I coordinated all the repairs that needed to be done before the daughter moved in. It was a burden lifted for may client and she had a happy daughter.....

Another first time home buyer client wanted a home in Strongsville and needed to get a good deal. We found a home that needed some paint and carpet. I had that quoted and helped coordinate all the heavy lifting so the client and his family could enjoy their new home. The transaction went smoothly and so did the rehab.
