Do Realtors or apps actually help get better homes for clients?

I read a lot of articles that talk about all the different tech ways to purchase a home. I just read a news story that actually said they had Brokers that had at least 10 years experience in the business.

The question a buyer or seller needs to ask is how many transactions has the agent done and where? For example you always see these lawyers that are on TV and are paid a lot of money if they are good. If you get a bad one YIKES you could lose a ton of money and get some time. You want your attorney to have time in the system and understand the ins and outs.

That is how you should look at a Realtor, how long have they been in the business and is that their full time job. I am working on a sell in Cleveland Heights and I cannot communicate with the agent til after 4:30 pm. They have another job.

Apps and technology cannot replace the seasoned Realtor. Just yesterday I received news that a closing was going to be delayed for 2 days. Usually not an issue except for the sellers are moving and need to sale their home to close their new one. Me an the other agent got on the phone with the lender and got the situation handled after 4 hours. The home is closing on time and the buyers and sellers are very happy. Get that from an app.

The key to understand is that Realtors do not get compensated for the transaction until it closes. Apps and Real Estate companies pay their people weekly and they have no vested interest in closing a home in time. That is a waste of money and your life.

Think about it, if you want the best home and the best price will a Seasoned Realtor or some App be the best choose? I'm Brett a seasoned Realtor over 1000+ transactions and counting. Consider me on your next home sale or purchase.
