Getting fake real estate news can really cost you a lot of money! You have seen these really great on paper and you get excited. The property is also extremely cheap and you cannot believe your luck!
Investors call me all the time to help sell these homes and get the heck out of them. They become money pits about all the time. I just sold 10 homes just like that. Guess what more investors purchased them. Not my investors, but other agents that have investors that think these are great deals.
I have investors that purchase nice homes that make sense and create income and equity. I never sell them the homes that are not have the best chance of getting consistent income and great equity growth.
