Why some Realtor make it on others do not?



According to https://www.trulia.com/ 75% of Realtors fail their first year. I was talking to a Broker and he was saying that an agent did one deal and wanted his license returned to the state after he was paid.

Being a Realtor is not easy and impossible without the right tools. Passing the text and getting your license is just that your legal. You need to have the tools to get your business in high gear and knowledge to keep it their. 

You need to know what to do daily to create new business and keep your old business. You also need to understand all the different faucets of income that you can generate being ab agent. 

I get up everyday and understand what I need to do for that day....I spend 3-4 hours on marketing and 1-2 hours on admin if needed. I then call my assistant at 1 pm to get them going on task for the day. By 1 pm I am calling and looking for new real estate to buy for clients.

If you are looking to become successful being an agent, you need to understand how to do it. I did write a Book on the marketing aspect of being a Realtor called Attention Realtors . Making a good living being a Realtor just takes processes that need to be done daily.
