I was talking to some potential clients that came through my Open House yesterday and they where frustrated. They had been looking at many homes that just were not updated correctly or had the wrong layout.

That is why I set up my real estate business to include many other services. We are currently rehabbing a home in Lakewood Ohio for a client. They wanted a certain kitchen and updated in their home so I brought in one of my contractors. They also get great pricing on the materiel from my vendors.

We had 3 homes hit the market at the same time to get leased out. In less than 2 weeks they where all rented at full market price. All tenants have background and credit checks. The rehab was also completed on budget.
