Having been in this business since 1985 you have to sometimes step back and look at the current market. I bird dog real estate on a daily basis and always looking for the best deals available on the market. Sometimes there off the market, for example on off market property came up in our office that looked like a great deal. I personally went out and looked at the home and figured out what the cost might be to rehab the property and forwarded to the investor and they will be looking at it today.
