Real Estate Perfection at least close to it?

Real Estate is a moving and changing market. No two homes are the same and the same goes for Realtors and their experience.

I have buyers and sellers that I purchase and sell their real estate for, they expect perfection in their transactions. Being both a buyers and seller myself of many properties it helps me understand the details and needs for my clients.

I have a client that I am taking out today that needs multiple homes and cost of rehab for them. As I am showing the homes I have to have all the approximate numbers available for him at the home. I also have to get these clients a quote for the rental amount they should expect. 

Last week our company leased 3 homes for $1350 each and met are projected rent. How do we do that? Our company has a state of the art marketing program that gets the information out. Below is a home we just put on the market this week. We also show the homes almost nightly if needed. 

My clients that purchase homes to live in also need the same services sometimes that my investor clients needs. If they need to add a bathroom, remodel a kitchen, or add a garage we can do that. It is at a higher level in rehab, but we have those services.
