Although I have never eaten at one they sound like a Chipolata. You can customize your meal and get a healthy amount of chooses. These are great places to go when your on the run and do not have time to fix a healthy meal. 

I recently listen to a presentation on what food can do to you. I personally do not go to fast food places, but instead try to find good tasting healthy food. CoreLife could be a great place to get that food. You live more healthy and have a better quality of life understanding what your body needs.
