When your buying or selling a home you need to know a lot more than just the cost of a home. There are many different types of ways to look at real estate. Not just the area and schools, but the overall cost and benefits to those cost.
For example my last home sale the buyers wanted a new heater and A/C in the home. I called my HVAC company that I do a lot of business with them and they really take care of my clients. That is just one of the examples of having the knowledge where to get the services.
I personally have licensed plumbers, electricians, Hvac, and general contractors that have worked for my clients for many years. That really benefits my buyers and sellers that need work done on their home or updating. We also know vendors that can saves my clients a lot of money on materials.
