I was talking to a potential client yesterday that was very pacific on where they wanted to purchase their homes. With the limited inventory these days that will be harder to find a lot of homes, but that is the area the investor is comfortable in. So we will focus to purchase homes in that area.
Knowing the rents and rehab are also crucial to your success. I am helping a new client that did not verify and understand all the ins and outs when he was buying the home. They have a lot of unfinished and not rented homes. We are getting them repaired and making income.
Real estate purchased in the right areas can be a very profitable venture and create a nice income for you and your family. The key is using a seasoned Realtor that knows the areas and what the homes will bring in rents. I have personally done 1000+ investment homes for me and my clients.
