The best homes are just outside Cleveland in the surrounding cities



There are so many smaller cities around Cleveland that range from 60,000 people and under. Other than the Kamm's Corner area in Cleveland our group focus's on many different cities outside of Cleveland, that have a ton of amenities.

I was with a client just Saturday that had another investor with them. The investor that was not my client could not believe how nice the property we had just purchased was. In fact he said that he would be buying in the area to add to his portfolio.

There are so many quality cities around Cleveland that are hardly ever mentioned in the news and those cities sometimes are the best place to buy income real estate or homes to dwell in. We get rents between $1000-$1350 a month for these homes.

I have personally assisted my clients in finding the best areas to invest in or live in. The key is knowing the details and having a resume to back all that up with. We have literally purchased and rehabbed 100's of homes for our clients.

That is the second ingredient to having a successful real estate transaction, that is having contractors that get the job done. I have run into many different investors and home buyers that have homes that are not finished. I am working on a home that was not completed in Lakewood and it is a $350,000+ 6 bedroom home.

The investors where not from the area and tried to manage the home. That is where I come in an assist and get homes finished and sold. Does your agent do that?
