$150,000 will get you a nice home in an nice area. Imagine your housing cost going down that much. The $150,000 would get you a 1500 sf home 3 bedroom 2 bath. When you get over $200,000 then you basically looking at higher end areas.
Getting a nice home in Cleveland Metro can be as low as $100,000, I get those type of properties for my clients weekly.
I moved to Cleveland because of the cost of living and the downtown getting remodeled into the beautiful city it is today. My expenses are far less than Phoenix and I live a very comfortable life doing the things I like to do here.
If you need a change in area and want to live a more financially free existence Cleveland may be the home base for you. The area has great people, eateries and places to shop. The community is deep in tradition and there is a lot to do.
