Double checking your property before you purchase it



Lately I have had a few clients and non-clients pay me to give them a full spectrum on their purchases. I have went to the properties walked through them and taken pictures.

I have also sent them comps on their real estate and assist in getting them sold or rented. They did pay me a fee for that, but they know that the property should be looked at up front.

Buying a lot of homes for my clients and seeing them through til completion is my specialty. I help them build a portfolio that get them the income desired.



It takes a lot of planning and educating clients on the process and areas they need to be looking in.

The biggest asset is having someone that can assist in all parts of the buying, rehabbing and leasing or selling the asset. I have personally done that 100's of times. I have a resume that speaks for itself.

When you locate any property you need all the information on the home, area and projected sale price or lease price. Numbers are everything and that includes projected equity. A lot of investors forget to look at the profit they can make selling the home if needed.

When you are looking to buy a home to dwell in you need information on that also. I believe that a home is an asset because it grows in equity if in the right location. What the saying Location, Location, Location.Knowing that information can make all the difference in the world to your future nest egg. Some areas are doing better than others and you need to have that knowledge before looking to purchases.
