Being a Realtor is not all glamour and sports cars it's getting the business is very competitive. I never liked to cold call or do door knocking, but I knew that I needed to be seen and heard. This is how I did it.

I actually wrote a book called Attention Realtors that is Jammed pack with how and where to market your services. The good news is I just revised it will some new pages.
I recently hired some great vendors off one of the services online I have in my book. It has really helped my presence and has generated great leads and business.
Marketing is one of the least taught methods at Brokerages. They basically send you to all the classes that teach you how to cold call all day long YUKE! and door knock. Which sometimes is great, but you need online presence to really keep getting new leads and clients.

Having an online presence and creating new clients online is not as expensive as you think. I basically do 90% of all my marketing myself. With over 1 million views on my blog and 100's of homes under my belt, my marketing works. Most agents have a lot of free time they are not using to market.
