Cleveland Ohio used to be the mistake on the lake. That is now in the past, Cleveland has become a modern enterprising city that really does have everything.
The cost of living in Cleveland metro is much less than other major cities, and yet we still have all all the amenities . The weather is always an issue with people. The snow in Cuyahoga county is light and the snow days are few and far between. Lake county is the area that gets a lot of snow.
The spring, summer, and fall and some of winter is gorgeous. There are festivals, Fairs and a ton of outside activities. I personally start my Golf League in 2 weeks $20 bucks for 9 holes a cart and drink. Great course also Click here to view. Get that price anywhere else in the country.
There is also tons of great eateries in and around Cleveland. Ohio City, Gordon Square, and Tremont have personalized the industry. One place I seem to end up at is Stone Mad awesome patio and just a relaxing place to be. The food is excellent!
We also have great shopping with one premium outlet mall in Aurora that has all the name brand stores most people like. There are also many other malls in the Clevaland Metro area.
I have lived here for 9 years and love the communities and their advantages for quality living. We had a client in from California that purchases homes for passive income. He and his family have decided to live here because of the high cost in California.
I should also mention that Cleveland has beaches that are public and they are really nice. Lake Erie is gigantic and there are lots of fish in the lake. In fact it has more than all the other great lakes combined.
