I found an article in https://magazine.realtor/ that talked about Agents leaning on their brokers technology for their real estate business. Very important for agents to use those very good tools. The key is what type of tools and are they the best for buying and selling real estate.
At EXP Realty they use a great CRM system called KVcore that has many tools that create great marketing for my clients properties. I can set up personal websites for each property Click here to view so that it can be views a lot. I won the April top listing with 14603 Clifton from Homesnap.
I also have a YouTube Channel that allows me to create and distribute my clients properties and my services. This is also a great tool to communicate with my clients with.
My Blog gets 1000's of hits a day, that gets my clients more potential buyers and renters looking at their property. I personally write a blog daily to help get more eyes on my clients properties, and it works.
I also have many websites and a Realtor website that also generated interest in my properties I have listed. These sites are up 24/7 and are always open.
The Multiple Listing Service I pay for gets my listing out to all the Brokerage sites and the Real Estate sites like Zillow. All the agents in my area also get their showings from the MLS. It is a huge benefit to have a property listed here.
