Real Estate can be the right investment if

Real Estate is a funny thing when some new investors look at the cheapest real estate on the market, some think they have out smarted everyone. That is usually not the case and buying good assets doesn't take secret off market deals, it takes someone who has a resume of homes and has a system to get them.

I hear all  the time the systems get wholesale deals but must are junk. When your dealing in $100,000 or less wholesale usually not the best way to go. By the time the home is marketed up your paying to much for it. Not in all cases, but a lot of them. Paying more for a home does not mean you are paying more, because you are getting all the disclosures.

You get more information that needs to be disclosed and you are buying a home that a lot of other investors want, but can't get because  they do not have a professional realtor working for them.

Buy directly from a Realtor that deals in investment homes in the area you want to purchase your home in and get solid good returns. I have been purchasing investment real estate since 1985 and had my real estate license for 20 years. 1000+ deals over the years has given me great knowledge on the best real estate to purchase in the Cleveland and Phoenix Markets.
