We also take all the calls and deal with the property all the away through until it closes. That is the only way listing of any kind will be successful. Realtors with high commissions listing packages do not do more to market your property than our Flat Fee Listing does.
Selling a home today is usually not all that hard if it is priced right. The key is that the home needs to be published in all the real estate social sites. Buyers today do their own research and have a lot of information at their fingertips. The key is to have your home in that information the buyer is looking at.
You also need signs and lock boxes so that other agents can show the home. The MLS is a very powerful tool that creates a property it's audience . The MLS directs each listing into 100's of websites like Zillow, Homes.com, Realtor.com and the list goes on and on.
Lastly you still need that seasoned agent that gets to deals done, and understands the whole process. What is in the inspection report that needs to be repaired and what is not. That is also a cost that can be expensive without the right agent.
It is always better to hire a seasoned agent that is still selling a lot of homes and up to date on marketing and it's process's. I have done 100's of homes in my career and have seen about every type of buyer.
