What's the Secret Sauce to getting Good Real Estate Deals?

Getting good real estate deals is a lot of knowing where to look and what you are looking at. There are new homes coming on the market daily, and there are homes that have been on the market a long time. Understanding the homes and why they are on the market is key to getting a good price.

When I am looking for a property, which is almost daily I look for great deals that create both income and equity. Check out the video below on some homes and what we paid for them.

The secret sauce is having a Realtor that looks at deals daily and sends that information to clients so they can make a quicker decision. Recently we purchased a home almost $30,000 off the asking price.

Real Estate is always changing in prices and inventory. I have noticed that in the Cleveland Real Estate Market there is some inventory issues. When we see that we look for other resources to buy real estate. Recently we have purchased 5 homes using this new method.
