Making realty dreams a reality even in the Winter

Some investors and Realtors think that winter is slower than the rest of the year. Winter has been some of my best months for real estate. I can sometimes get better buys for my investors and sell home faster during that season. Less competition and more deals.

Being in the real estate market in Cleveland Ohio for the last 10 years we have purchased a lot of our real estate during the winter season.

There are also many people looking to lease and buy real estate in the winter, people moving or needing a place to live in. Think about the world it is always moving and needing real estate. We are a 12 month real estate brokerage and understand that we need to be on the job every month.

I had a home listing one week before Christmas in 2017 and sold the home that week. We lease a lot of homes every December and during the Holidays.
