The key is continuous marketing through this blog, CRM Marketing Software, Social Media, YouTube, Seo Powersuite and of course the good old MLS. I mean almost everyday marketing, it needs to be done to keep people looking at your asset.
Answering the phone is so important when selling or leasing a home. I answer questions and get results all the time because I pick up the phone when it rings!
Be available to show the properties is very important for a couple of reasons. First you need to let potential buyers and renters in to see and get application or contracts on. Just today I am showing 3 homes that I have listed to potential renters and buyers.
The other factor is getting them shown to get results for a property faster. The longer the home is on the market the harder it is to get sold or leased!
Lastly you have to be right on the price for homes to move and get sold or leased. I just closed a home that the seller had priced to high, when we got the home to the price I recommended it sold in 2 days. In fact there where two buyers that wanted the home!
I should also mention the nice signs that I have made for my listings. I do a lot of calls just from that alone. Signs done nicely can create a lot of attraction.
There you have just a small part of my marketing company, it is the most important factor to getting real estate or really anything sold or leased!
