We will be looking at new ways with our clients to generate the maximum amount of real estate for their needs. The key is getting deals that make sense and are still in great areas that will grow in equity. We will be doing this in new and different ways.
We have always and will still look at all the new properties that come on the market daily through MLS and Off Market. The new venues we will be doing will be unconventional in a lot of investors thinking.
I will also be adding on to marketing and getting our clients real estate Sold or leased for top prices. We are already implementing new ways to create more potential tenants and buyers than we had before.
As a Realtor and Investor I will still be checking and analyzing every property and making sure that it fits what our clients want, but we will just be adding many more homes that could work in creative ways.
In 2002 I started selling homes on options and getting the market rental rates. This allowed me to create both income and future profit in my equity. It also gives the buyer a chance to capture some profit if there is a bigger equity growth. I did 5-6 of these and everyone including me was very happy with the end results.
One of those clients still lives in the home I leased optioned to her and tells me how happy she is there even today! I would say the is a win win.
