When I started as a Realtor I quickly realized that I had to set up unique systems to compete in being a Realtor. Not only did I need to sell the homes I listed, but I also needed do more for both the seller and buyers, and get more information.

Over the years I have gotten to know many Investors and their real estate needs. The great thing about most of my investors is they have cash and are a ready, willing, and sophisticated buyer. Just this month we have purchased, leased and Sold 15 properties.

The key is having options that benefit the seller also. When I look at a home I can get you the market price and cash price. This way the seller has options and can fit my program to their needs. I deal with homes that are high end and lower priced. The key to selling anything is selling it for the right price and knowing where to market the property!

There are so many different buyers in today's real estate market, and some agents do not know all of them. I have dealt with almost every type of buyer you can imagine. They are all still in my contacts and when I get a listing I let the buyers know about that property. Since I know my buyers needs I can get very detailed on their information.

Every real estate transaction ( I did 118 transactions in 2019) has to be a a win win for both the seller and the buyer. As a real estate agent I help bridge that gap and put both buyer and seller together to get deals done.

Just yesterday we got a home under contract that was already sold once. The buyer did not qualify for one reason or another. The realtor reached out to me and we got a cash deal done that was a win win for both parties!
