What Real Estate Investors really, really want is making money on their properties. There are two types buy and sell or income. There are different ways to do those two types of investment real estate, but they all want the same thing MONEY!

I talk to investors almost every week, that have purchased real estate that does nothing for their pocketbook, except drain it. That happens far to much, and it does not need to.

As a Realtor I like to help investors.  I wanted not only to service my properties, but also create a company that my clients can create their own wealth and profitable real estate portfolios with.

We have very satisfied customers that are getting nice properties that have both income and equity. The key is getting the right team around you from the start.

That is why I set up my real estate system that includes: Purchasing, rehabbing, leasing and managing (through Avalon Group). These are all very important aspects to keeping your income real estate humming and making you money.

Just this week I talked to two investors that where having major issues with their property management and not getting their income. We are talking about a lot of money that was owed to these investors.

Why go through that? I have been purchasing real estate for investors since 2000 and understand what a good property is. Below is a property we just leased for a client.

The home above was only shown to one person and they leased it! Marketing a property and leasing it, is crucial to a profitable experience.

Just last night I chatted with a new client that had a property that did not rent for 8 months. The property management made all the excuses in the world. The issue was marketing and not showing the property.

There is so much more to making real estate work for investors, and we have all the tools and experience for that. 100's and 100's of homes and counting.
