I been reading a lot on this virus and what it means to real estate. It means more money that will be invested in hard assets and one of the best is real estate. With the limited inventory of homes and the high demand for real estate with very low interest rates, Real Estate is a great place to park your money!

The key is getting good real estate to park your money at? What do Real Estate investments cost approximately in Ohio?

Lets look at income real estate that I look at everyday.

Average cost of home and Rehab is around $85,000-$95,000. The homes are leased from $1100-$1250 a month and are worth approximately $115,000-$135,000 after property taxes, insurance and property management nets $750-$900 a month.
