Being a real estate agent is one thing, being an ICON Agent or a top agent in your area is another. When I got my real estate license in Ohio, my goal was to be the top agent. That was three years ago and today I have been a ICON Agent with EXP Realty for the last 2 years. I am also in Cleveland Magazine as one of the top 5% Agents in Northern Ohio.
This year will be my third year of being an ICON Agent. Just yesterday I capped with 43 transactions and I still have 14 more to close.
