Buying properties and selling properties is one thing....getting the best results is another. One resent example that I fell gets my clients great results is my Full Service Flat Fee listing package. A lot of sellers think that getting contracts on a home is easy!
That is simply not the case, I have personally built my marketing company in real estate for the last 20 years. I know where to market real estate and get it seen 24/7. We are always adding new features the marketing of homes. For example we just started adding virtual tours that I personally make for each listing. When a potential buyer or tenant calls they immediately get a virtual tour of that property texted to them to view the home.
Other than one property I have sold my properties quickly, because of the marketing and the potential buyer or tenant knows that property will go off the market quickly.
Why is that good? You get more money for your property that way. Almost all my properties have sold for the asking price or very close to it.
The other important part of selling or leasing real estate is actually getting the property closed. That takes a seasoned agent that understands all the needs of getting a home closed on time. There are always a few issues that need taken care of quickly and knowing how to do that requires a large resume of homes being completed by an agent.
I can only speak for myself, but I have closed 100's and 100's of homes. That allows me to understand what is needed in detail for each home to close. How to look at contracts to assist my client on which one is the best and can close successfully.
Next time you need to buy or sell real estate don't look for the good Realtors, look for the Great Ones.
