Over the 20 years I have been an agent I have never understood why certain ways to create business is never ever taught? There are ways to create services that will both benefit the client and your real estate business. Knowing them can make all the difference in the world for agents that want to be service oriented.
There is many new ways to do that and create the services that is very rare for a real estate agent. If you watch the Million Dollar Listing show notice that the agents on that show have many different services and understand what a home is worth and what it needs to be worth top price. That helps make them unique real estate services.
My personal services do that and I also have the contractors to help my clients get their desired results on each home I sell. I also lease homes for clients, about 60-70 a year. That is why I created my own marketing company and also use the software EXP Realty has given me, That gets all the more potential buyers eyes on my properties because of it.
Agents today are taught to spend hours creating relationships that may or may not create business. Also door knocking and cold calling is a great way to burn out.
My system allows me to have relationships, but my marketing and real estate systems brings business to me. My unique real estate services keeps my real estate business rolling. Last year I had 118 transactions for example, I did that many transactions by boarding my real estate services.
