Yes this is unfortunately true and in some ways the system is set up that way. Being a Realtor for the 20 years I have seem a lot of Real Estate agents fail and get out of the business or go part time. It doesn't have to be this way though.
Your told to talk to all your circle of friends and family, Cold call and door knock to create business. That may work for a while, and in my case I would have starved to death. I have never did any of that . Creating a business that is sustainable and consistent is knowing how to Brand and market services.
Just this morning before I wrote this blog post I was talking to a buyer in Russia that invests in Cleveland Ohio. I sold a property for them and they reached out to me to help build their portfolio. We have one property closing next week and he needs more. Another Client needs 11 properties that I need to find for their portfolio.
How do my business get to having clients that call you for all their real estate needs? Just this last week I received calls for 4 new listings I am getting put together this week. How do I get those clients to call me for all their real estate needs?
I have a marketing company that I set up and improved over the last 20 years. I have decided to share my marketing company with you for your real estate business.
