I started purchasing in the Cleveland Ohio area in 2010, because I saw that the downtown and area was going to flourish and grow into a state of the art area. Fast forward to 2020 and Cleveland Metro has done just that.
No longer is the city a mistake on the lake, International investors are flocking to Cleveland to invest. Home owners are moving from across America to get a great community and a affordable place to call home.
Home prices have gone up and the equity positions in areas that we purchase in continue to grow at a sustainable rate. I have currently sold clients homes that they purchased just a few years ago so they could collect their profit. That is a great feeling for me personally and that is why I do what I do.
There are still great deals in the Cleveland Ohio Market that we are purchasing and leasing. They are a bit harder to get, but that is my business, finding hard to find real estate.
Investors call me to see if their investments are good or bad. I always look at their portfolios and maximize their profit! Had a client that had a substantial portfolio and it had good and bad properties. They where making $0 at that time. We quickly got the good assets performing and the bad assets sold.
Today he is happy with his income and I am still buying and selling their properties. The key is being patient when looking for a property and making sure it has a great chance to create income and equity.
A client that moved here from California needed a nice home. I looked for them and shot video of the home that they now live in. The home in in a Golf Course community and it is fabulous. I was playing golf there one day and they saw me and came over and thanked me for finding the hard to find home. That is what real estate is all about!
