Real Estate has been my life for the last 20 years, even though I started buying real estate in 1985, I decided one day to go get my real estate license because I was not happy with my real estate agent.
I had did my first flip property and only made $2500 and the Realtor made $4500. If that agent was thinking they would have given me a discount on my listing fee to make sure and get all my real estate I was buying, leasing or selling.

When I started in Real Estate I decided to create a unique services that a lot of the agents did not offer. Sure it requires more work, but it benefited my clients and helped them make better decisions on buying properties.
Communications is everything in life, you need to know what is happening with your assets when they are under construction or after they are done. I do that through pictures and weekly videos of the properties until they are completed. This gives my out of state and international clients the information they need to be comfortable through the process.
My thoughts are always what would I want if I was my client and I get them that and making sure all their real estate needs are met. Service is the key to being the best Realtor you can be, and my real estate license helps my clients get reliable information on real estate.
To sum it all up I want have my real estate license because I want to be of service to clients in very unique ways and keep them as my clients. This year I have already did over 100 transactions and that is only because I get my clients the service they deserve. My clients stay with me because they know they are being taken care of.
