As a Real Estate Agent you cannot be shy


Planning is a math issue for Realtors and in today'e new world every agent need to shift their business to create more of it. For example looking at your business plan and seeing if it fits for your success. With the inventory being very low in some areas Realtors need to change some of their business plan in order to create transactions. 

When your looking at your math (commissions) is it what you think you are worth? If not look at creating some unique new services or add new additions to your existing business. There are plenty of new services you can create if you know them.

Me personally I do videos for my clients for communication. There is no confusion in what you are saying when you do it through video. This can also help you introduce a new real estate service you may want to add to your business. Below is an example of a video for a client I shot to communicate with them.


This allows your client to be more comfortable and maybe it gives you new business, if they need your services. I recently landed a lot of properties in a portfolio that I need to help sell. They saw my listing service and how I did it and decided I was the best fit for their needs in selling their portfolio.

As a Real Estate agent you need to get up everyday and tell your story and success in your business. Don't be shy as a Realtor no one will know you........
