Planning is a math issue for Realtors and in today'e new world every agent need to shift their business to create more of it. For example looking at your business plan and seeing if it fits for your success. With the inventory being very low in some areas Realtors need to change some of their business plan in order to create transactions.
When your looking at your math (commissions) is it what you think you are worth? If not look at creating some unique new services or add new additions to your existing business. There are plenty of new services you can create if you know them.
Me personally I do videos for my clients for communication. There is no confusion in what you are saying when you do it through video. This can also help you introduce a new real estate service you may want to add to your business. Below is an example of a video for a client I shot to communicate with them.
