Real Estate investing has a lot of interest and is often done very wrong. Real Estate can be an excellent investment if you have a seasoned eye looking at the details of each property. Being a Real Estate Agent for 20 years and a real estate investor for 35 years, I have been through and seen just about everything in real estate.
I think I can safely say I have seen just about everything you can see in investment real estate. The key component to a great real estate buy is equity and income. A property must have both great income and equity growth to be a great investment.
There are so many investors out there today that do not have a seasoned real estate agent to assist them in finding the best deal on the planet. It is not always easy to find this type of real estate.
It takes a lot of time to find a good property and know what your buying is more than likely going to be a great buy. Below is a few videos that just took this week on properties we are currently getting ready to lease.
