The good news for buyers is that with the vaccines home owners will start moving more and relocating. Which means more inventory which we really need to get better.
Interest rates will probably keep very low, I talked to a lender today and he just locked a mortgage in in the mid 2% range. That is a eye popping low interest rate and that is creating demand in real estate also.
Our real estate market in Cleveland needs more inventory to sale to slow done anytime soon. With most homes having a great equity position there will not be a lot of foreclosed homes in good areas. They will simply put them on the MLS and sell them.
The economy should be ok and that means people will still be making money, and purchasing real estate. I know my client base is wanting to purchase many homes in 2021.
The real estate market looks strong for next year 2021. With the low interest rates and or wanting to downsize, there is no better time to sell your property and get into something NEW.
