Being a Realtor today is not anything like it was just 5 years ago. I started my real estate career in 1985 by investing in real estate. In 2000 I got my Arizona Real Estate License. Over the next 10 years I did 400+ plus investment real estate deals in Arizona
I decided to move to Cleveland Ohio where I got my real estate license in 2015. I quickly learned that I needed to be different or it was going to be a rough road in the Ohio Realtor Business.
Not being an established Real Estate Agent in Ohio hurt my chances as a traditional Realtor. So I had to create a new strategy that fast forwarded my business.
I created new services that helped me attract and keep new clients. My marketing company shared all of them on the my Blog (over 4 million hits) ,internet and social media.
That strategy created 100's of transactions and commissions for my business. It also opened up new doors for me that I had not even thought about.
Being a Realtor today can be very successful if you have the right tools to succeed.
