Being a Real Estate Agent since 2000 I have always looked for different ways to offer services that are not typical to the current markets.
I have focused on unique services that are a huge benefit to my clients and allow me to be unique in what I do.
Some examples are I Lease, Sell and buy a lot of real estate. I also offer my clients light construction on their homes that need some work. I literally am finishing a home that needed to be updated to get the home sold on the open market.
I had a client in town that purchases a lot of real estate and I stopped by the home just to show how we update homes. As I was showing her the home she decided to purchase the property right on the spot.
That is not why I was there but doing real estate differently got my client a sale on their home.
That is what I do for my clients daily is get the information out on every property to a lot of internal home buyers and investors that I talk to all the time. This benefits everyone and gets my clients more choices.
