Leasing a property can be a big deal and getting the top rent in the area is a whole nother thing. I just added a home that we have for lease. That home needs to be marketed to get as many potential tenants eyeballs on it as possible.
Being a unique Realtor I market my listings differently than most other Real Estate Agents. For example we do walk through videos for each property so potential tenants will see if the property might fit their needs.
Videos really create 1 showing and if the tenant comes out to see the home it is almost like a second showing.
We also do some other secret things to ensure that the most potential tenants can see your property.
Just today I had a listing that was the top listing in Aug with almost 12,000 views. That home went for top dollar and is under contract.
It takes years of marketing and being in the business to demand higher prices and more importantly know how to get them.
