Most real estate agents sell 2-10 homes a year. That is not a lot of homes in most cases unless it's very high end real estate. I personally buy and sell 50-70 homes a year.
Does it make a difference when a Realtor sells 2 or 75? I think it absolutely does. Example would you want to get a surgeon that does your physical need 2 times a year or one that does it 75 times a year.
I know which one I would pick. That holds true in almost everything you do in life you want someone that knows what they are doing.
More translations creates more experience in anything including selling homes.
Just yesterday I added to more homes that I got under contract. One property was put under at over asking price. The other property I helped my client purchase we saved over $13,000 off the purchase price.
