Real Estate services are what???? That is a very general term that can mean a lot of things. I want to talk about real estate services that I do that are not typical.
The 1st Example is dealing with the cities. Most of my clients do not live in the local area and cannot actually do that themselves.
I have a listing in a city in the Cleveland metro that I have under contract. The city is requiring a flow test on the sewer line. Sounds simple right? The city requires the seller to get a plumber out to do a pre test. Then the city comes out and does their test, during that time the seller's check must be a city at that time.
If the home passes the seller has to get another check that needs to be to the city after it passes inspection. Oh yea you need an affidavit signed and notarized by the owner because of covd-19. The city requires me to do all the stuff inside the home while the city stands outside so they do not get covid 19.
The 2nd Example is getting videos and pics for all my clients. Most of my clients do not live in the local area and cannot actually look at their properties.
I always get before and after pics and Videos so that my clients know what is going on all the time. I also save the videos for later use if needed. They have saved me on a few appraisals because they show the work that was done.
If there is an insurance claim the videos and pictures really are handy.
There you have a few of the unique services that I do for my clients. Services mean a lot is required to be in the real estate business.
