Bad Real Estate information can cost you BIG

 
I cannot tell me how many people I talk to that have purchased and want to sell a property. They quickly find out sometimes that the property did not create any equity. In some cases they need to add money to update the home. The updates do not make them any money, it is just another expense on a bad property.

Bad properties can also be in nice areas but the city codes and inspections can create issues when selling a home. For example in Cleveland there are some areas that have a point of sale inspection on top of all the other inspections. This sometimes creates a lot more expense to sell a property.

Home inspectors also create repairs for the home through their reports. Having an inspection done before you sell a home might help create a less stressful process for the seller and buyer. The buyer does not have to accept the report but you can get a home warranty with the clean inspection.
