Understanding that
Location,Location, Location are the 3 things that you need to know about
any real estate transaction. This property is one that was not
purchased with me or contracted with me.
At
the end of the day this investor was not taken care of and given any
chance to create some kind of income out of this property. That is
really sad for this investor. That is why I drove 1 hour to create a way
for this client to sell this property for top dollar and save some
commissions doing that.
Placing
a property on the Multiple Listing Services creates a buzz for any
property that is priced correctly. My marketing company assists with
getting even more potential buyers interested in the property.
