The CAP 4 LIFE Referral Program is a
limited-time opportunity for Fathom agents
to refer four agents who join Fathom and
qualify to be capped for life. This referral
program does not replace the current
stock incentive for referrals, instead, it
stacks on top of it giving you massive cash
and stock benefits simply for referring a
few agents to our Fathom family.

 How Does It Work?

Simple. Refer four agents who join Fathom
by the end of February 2023 and become
capped for life, in addition to the stock
grants you currently earn. No more $500
transaction fees, ever!
Details:

 
◆ Your transaction fees will be capped for
as long as you are with Fathom Realty.
◆ This program does not waive the annual
fee nor the lower capped transaction fee,
currently $99.
◆ Referred agents must have closed at
least two (2) sales in the last 12 months
to count toward the four referred agents.
◆ Referring team members will count
toward the four referred agents.
◆ Referring spouses will not count toward
the four referred agents.
◆ You will continue to receive your stock
bonuses on every agent referred.
◆ Agents you referred who joined Fathom
before September 1, 2022, do not count
toward this new program.
◆ Recruiting materials and videos are
available for download from the
Marketing Center that can be shared with
potential agents
