What if You Never Had to Pay a Fee Again?

• You will pay no Fathom fees for as long as you are with Fathom Realty. NO Annual Fee. NO Transaction Fees. No Risk Management Fees. You will still be responsible for your commercial transaction fees and paying any third-party fees such as MLS fees, board fees, local taxes, etc.
•  Once you achieve CAP4Life Status, refer four more qualified agents to earn FREE4Life Status.
• Referred agents must have closed at least two sales in the last 12 months to count toward the eight referred agents.
• Referring team members will count toward four of the eight referred agents (full details below).
• Referring spouses will not count toward the eight referred agents.
• You will continue to receive your stock bonuses on every agent referred.
• Referred Agents must stay 60 days.
• Agents you referred who joined Fathom before September 1, 2022, do not count toward this new program.
