What is a December Realtor? It is one that puts in 12 months a year full time. Going to open houses and creating clients for real estate.
Just last night we had 2 applications on a home that we had an open house for. Both applications will work for qualification.
We have a small weekend trip planned that we are leaving this evening. Before we leave we have an open house that we will be doing on another new rental home.
That is what it takes for my clients to make the most they can on their assets. Understanding how to do that takes work and that includes the Holidays.
I still have a lot of fun and go to many Christmas events but I also keep working and marketing to ensure my clients are taken care of 12 months a year.
