Why I am a Realtor and Investor

 


Starting as an investor in 1985 I learned the ins and outs of real estate. Taking 15 years to get a real estate license helped me understand the good and bad in real estate investing.

In 2000 I got my Real Estate License after I flipped my first of 100's of homes. The agent was not into any marketing of the property. I did my own open houses and sold the property and made some profit. I quickly figured out a real estate license would benefit me.

Getting my real estate license got me tools no unlicensed person or investor can get. I learned how to find better deals and had a better inventory through the MLS to get great deals in real estate. As a Realtor I get the privilege of seeing almost every new property that hits the market.

I also set up a blog,YouTube Channel and many other platforms to market my and my clients real estate. Meeting some awesome investors along the way has helped me buy, sell, and lease 1000+ properties.

I didn't realize at the time but I was building a resume and system that worked for me and more importantly my clients.

Fast forward to today and we have a full menu of services. I help purchase, Rehab, Lease and Sell the real estate. Lori, my wife is a broker and runs the property management part of the business. Basically everything a client needs is under one roof.

Having a real estate license gives my clients more information on real estate so they can get better educated on every property. That is also why almost 100% of my transactions are successful for the clients and my Real Estate Business.
