Leasing real estate may
seem easy but if you do not market correctly you will not get the best
tenant and more important the best price.
I
met with an investor that was not my client Sunday and they explained
how much pain they had gone through with their investments. Suffering
through missed 4 months of lease payments and unbelievable utility
bills. In Cleveland water and sewer are always paid by the owner and
reimbursed by the tenant.
They had a lot of fixup to do after the tenant left without paying rent for 4 Months.

water always holds the owner responsible for their water bills. This
investor has a $7000 bill from the city. That could have all been
avoided if the property was managed correctly.
My
clients get the best service from the purchase through the lease. Then
the Property management can handle all the leasing after that. They do
