 What are the extra services that are needed in almost all real estate transactions? Well there are many different varieties.

Just sold a home that the seller needed to have the whole side of the home re-sided. I had the people that work with me do that at a reasonable price. The seller lived internationally.

Had many heaters that needed to be replaced and I have a HVAC Tech that gets my clients really great deals sometimes 50% less than retail.

Needed to get a property painted, new flooring, toilets and many many other items. I directed all the subs and got the property ready to sell in just weeks. The seller lived in another state and her husband had just passed away. 

Just finished a property in Parma for an international client that never had to come and see the home because she was updated weekly through video.

Another client needed an LLC set up in Ohio and we have people that do that. Our title company can notarize documents online so international clients do not have to go to all the trouble of having all that work to get everything overnight in time.

I am always doing a lot of services for clients especially when they are not here in the area.
