This Property was Leased before we were DONE with Rehab

W​e have this property almost done, we just need the weather to cooperate a little better.  We had a potential tenant call and wanted a property in Willowick.

I mentioned we had one coming up but the rehab was not yet done. They wanted to look at this property 3 weeks ago and I would not let them until it got closer to finishing. When they did see the property they fell in love with it.

They leased it at the price we quoted our client and income will be starting soon.
